Have Art -Will Travel provides art classes for all ages and abilities throughout the Miami Valley. Creativity is our passion and helping you express yourself is our mission. The Have Art -Will Travel model may be new but the owner/instructor/artist behind HAWT, Karen Purke, has over 30 years of experience.

We strive to bring arts and crafts to you by offering classes at a variety of locations (we are even available for bookings at your location!).  Regardless of your skill level, we are certain that you will find an activity you love in our over 100 project offerings.

The Have Art-Will Travel Advantage

  • Artist Instructor has 30 years of teaching experience.
  • All art activities have been field tested.
  • Activities we emphasize process learning.
  • All student’s creative efforts are valued.
  • We provide all materials so you and or your staff spend no time shopping for art supplies.
  • You pay only for art supplies used.
  • We use non-toxic materials when possible.
  • We prepare most materials off site, prior to starting time with students.
  • Table covers and clean up sponges are provided.
  • We direct fun clean up by students as part of the project process and then our instructor finishes remaining clean up.
  • Student’s art is clearly marked upon completion of the project.
  • Our “Turn Key” program provides you and your staff down time.
  • Non-gender specific projects involve all students or residents.
  • We offer culturally diverse programs.
  • We can customize art activities based on your goals or to follow classroom curriculum.
  • Community service projects can be targeted to  give students a sense of service to others.
  • We can provide private art lessons to individual students in your facility.
